The 6 Steps to Complete Your UCAS Hub Application

1

Register on UCAS Hub & Link to School/College Buzzword

If applying through your school or sixth form, enter their unique buzzword so your referee can attach your predicted grades.

2

Enter All Qualifications (GCSEs, BTECs, A-Levels with Pending status)

You must declare every qualification taken, including GCSEs. Withholding low GCSE grades can invalidate university offers.

3

Add Your 5 University & Course Choices

Universities do NOT see where else you have applied until after you make final decisions in June.

4

Draft & Refine Your Personal Statement

Focus on academic motivation, supra-curricular reading, and intellectual engagement with your chosen subject.

5

Teacher Reference & Predicted Grades Attachment

Your referee completes the academic reference and inputs verified predicted grades before final submission.

6

Pay Application Fee & Final Submission

Pay the UCAS application fee (£28.50 for up to 5 choices in the current cycle) and submit.
